Professor Ma undertook more than 10 scientific research projects funded by the National ,The National 863 high-tech program, the National Natural Science Foundation and scientific research entities. He participated in the 863 high-tech program “strengthed intelligent workstation” and was awarded the first prize in The Science and Technology Progress by the Chinese Aviation Industrial Corporation. He also undertook the 863 program “ ”and “Information network system of the office automation for Science & Technology Committee of Chaoyang District, Beijing”. He currently presides over “Internet’s public service environment of future generation based on advanced network”, which is a second sub subject of the 973 program” ”.
